Just had my air ducts cleaned by Orsans.The owner (Frank)and his assistant preformed the cleaning.They rushed around and were done in about an hour or so,when I first inquired about the work,Frank had told me it usually takes about 2 hours.After the job was finished,they just packed up and left,without any feedback about the air ducts or anything else about the job.When I looked around later there was a mess by most of the vents which I had to vaccum up.You would think that the owner would be more interested in his customers and in his work!!!
